Reopening Plans - Phase 7 (Final)

July 1, 2021 JCPL will be entering phase 7, the final phase, of our phased reopening.

What to expect:

Normalcy returns

  • Normal Public Hours* are restored.
  • No longer quarantining library materials – all book drops inside and outside are available
  • Meeting rooms and study rooms return to normal usage and capacities
  • In-person programs will be held
  • Donations will be accepted
  • Children’s game computers are available
  • Age restrictions are no longer in force
  • Curbside Service remains

All individuals are encouraged to follow the CDC guidelines on whether and when wearing a face covering is warranted.

The library will follow the local health department and/or Indiana Governor’s Executive Order in regard to social distancing.

  • DeMotte: Mon, Tues, Thurs 9am-8pm | Wed 9am-6pm | Fri & Sat 9am-5pm
  • Rensselaer: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 9am-8pm | Fri & Sat 9am-5pm
  • Wheatfield: Mon, Wed, Thurs 9:30am-5:30pm | Tues 9:30am-8pm | Fri & Sat 9am-5pm
